Corporate & Events
Conferences, product launches, galas and headshots — professional coverage that respects the schedule, the speakers, and your brand.
What the assignment entails
Corporate work is photography under pressure: keynote lighting that changes by the minute, executives with exactly six minutes for headshots, and a comms team that needs selects before the closing remarks. I arrive early, scout the stage, agree the must-have moments, and then run the day like a quiet operation.
Coverage spans keynotes, panels, networking, awards, team candids, and on-site headshot stations. Same-day social selects are standard, with the full edited gallery delivered within five business days.

Event questions
Can you deliver photos during the event?
Yes — I send edited selects to your comms contact in near real time over the venue wifi, captioned and sized for social, press, and screens.
How do headshot stations work?
I set up a lit backdrop in a quiet corner and photograph attendees in 3-minute rotations — typically 15–20 people per hour, each leaving with a same-week edited portrait.
Are you insured for venues?
Fully — public liability and equipment cover, with certificates your venue or procurement team can file ahead of the date.
What usage rights do we get?
Every corporate booking includes a perpetual licence for your owned channels — web, social, print, and internal comms — with extended advertising licences available on request.
